Welcome to The Point on Big Bear Lake. As seen on the Emmy-winning tv show "Staycation" on CBS. This large lakefront home is nestled on one of the most enviable locations on Big Bear Lake, presenting stunning west-facing sunset views and boasting 230 feet of beach access to some of the deepest waters on the lake. It also features two levels of spacious wrap-around decks with protected balconies, steps away from the water.

This property was fabulous! The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. We had wonderful views from everywhere in the house and when you’re out on the water, this home stands out. Great location…fantastic views. Fun time grilling, cooking in the kitchen and o playng games by the fireplaces. Perfect dock to fish off of.
